SERVICE PACKAGES
I have worked with a broad spectrum of nutrition-related issues and with all types of individuals. Most of my offerings are packaged in a manner I see as beneficial to most clients. I am always willing to accommodate to client's desires, however, as individualization is key to any lasting lifestyle-change.
INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION COUNSELING
All packages include Meet & Greet, Initial and Follow-Up sessions. This strategy is important to me as I strongly believe that ample time is taken to understand one's history and nutrition goals before delivering their nutrition plan at the initial session. I also highly encourage regular follow-up to ensure one fully understands the plan and so that we can work-out the hindrances to that client's current lifestyle.

The only difference in the packages is the amount of follow-up sessions chosen. The approach to the Meet & Greet, Initial and Follow-Up sessions do not vary in technique, but rather each nutrition plan (given at the Initial session) is tailored to the client's individual needs. While one client's plan may include strict guidelines, other clients may benefit more from a simple education on strategies to suspend bad eating habits.

MEAL PLANNING
Individualized nutrition plans are based on one's energy needs, schedule and food preferences. Pricing below is for each individual plans. Families can use a single plan, but will need to keep in mind that each members energy needs will probably differ, as well as their schedules and food preferences.
Package 1 ($300)
• 28 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks
Package 2 ($80)
• 7 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks
Package 3 ($65)
• 5 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks
Package 4 ($45)
• 3 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks
